8011, 8022, 8023, 8024, 8082 & 8971

Proof of address will be required at the time of enrolment.

Dr Ernesto de la Cruz and Dr Lisset Gutierrez and Nurse Practitioner, Kirsty Deans

are accepting enrolments.

You will be contacted when your enrolment has been processed and your records received from your current GP. Currently our enrolment processing time is approx. 3 weeks.

Doctors at Beckford Health may be unable to prescribe until your records are received.
